SmartReach Marketing is Easy
(1) The early bird gets the worm! So, to reserve ad space, just contact us HERE. We will reply as promptly as possible and let you know if you are the first in your business category given the exclusivity policy for a SmartReach postcard mailing.
(2) If you are the first in your business category, we will email you a link to submit a 50% minimum deposit via credit card using PayPal, which is easy and free to use. Any remaining balance will be payable after the final ad copy is approved.
(3) You will also receive a short and simple ad design questionnaire via email to complete and email back to us. Our graphic designer will use this information and any additional artwork you may provide to design your ad.
(4) The ad design will be sent to you via email for approval. If any changes are needed, simply reply back regarding the changes you desire. We will make as many changes as needed to get it right, and do so for FREE so long as it's reasonable.
(5) Once you approve the final design, and the account is paid in full, your ad will be included in the next SmartReach mailing for your area. Note that the deadline for all of this to be completed is ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled print run.
(6) After the SmartReach postcards are printed, we will prepare them per EDDM postal requirements and deliver them to the correct post office locations for mailing. A copy of the postal receipt(s) will then be emailed to you for confirmation.
